1. Who we are
This website, https://pureoearth.com/ , is operated by PURE O EARTH, trading as PURE O EARTH (“we”, “us”, “our”), with its registered address at KANKA NAGAR,RT NAGAR,BANGALORE K,KARNATAKA 560032, India. We are the “data fiduciary” responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
This policy is written in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

About payments: Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, RAZORPAY PAYMENT GATEWAY, on their secure systems. We do not see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials. We receive only confirmation of whether the payment succeeded, along with limited details such as the transaction ID and payment method.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as health records or government ID numbers. If we ever need something like this (for example, a GST number for a business invoice), we will tell you why at the time.

4. Consent and how to withdraw it

Withdrawing consent won’t affect processing that already happened. It also won’t stop us from sending essential order-related messages or keeping records the law requires. If you withdraw consent for something we need to fulfil your order, we may not be able to complete that order.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers and authorities as needed to run our business, and only as much as is necessary:
- Payment gateway: RAZORPAY PAYMENT GATEWAY, to process your payment.
- Courier and logistics partners: [COURIER NAMES, e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket], so they can deliver your order. They receive your name, address and phone number.
- Technology providers: website hosting, email and messaging services, customer support tools, and analytics providers such as [GOOGLE ANALYTICS / META PIXEL / OTHERS].
- Professional advisers: accountants, auditors and lawyers, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities: government bodies, courts or law enforcement, where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
- Business transfer: if our business is merged, sold or restructured, your data may be transferred to the new owner, who must honour this policy.
We require our service providers to protect your data and use it only for the services they perform for us.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:
Essential cookies: keep your cart, login and checkout working. These can’t be switched off.

11. Children
Our website is meant for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are under 18, please use the site only with a parent or guardian’s involvement. If we learn we have collected a child’s data without appropriate parental consent, we will delete it.
12. Links to other websites
Our website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. Please read their policies before sharing data with them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or a notice on the website.
